R&D Management Procedure:
 
Upon receiving R&D instructions, the technology department organizes the design and development team, appoints a design director, formulates the R&D design plan, and prepares the design and development plan.
The design director determines the contents of various technical interfaces based on the design plan and product characteristics, communicating these to all designers and compiling the design and development input list.
Designers carry out product scheme designs as per the design input. The deputy general manager of technology conducts a scheme demonstration, and after approval, the design director proceeds with technical design, including drawings and processes. Relevant personnel review the design, prepare records, and compile the design and development review report.
Based on the review results, designers test and verify the products, preparing the design and development verification report.
After successful product testing and verification, designers create product processing drawings and production process guides. These are reviewed by the design director and issued upon approval from the deputy general manager of technology, with the preparation of the "design and development output list."
Following issuance of product technical documents, the business department issues sample orders, and the production department creates samples based on the technical documents. Designers analyze and demonstrate the samples, preparing the trial production summary report.
Upon successful trial production of the samples, small-batch trial production takes place. The design director confirms product performance and technical indicators through performance tests and user feedback, preparing the design and development confirmation report.
Post-design completion, the design lead continuously monitors and improves the new product based on its usage.

2、Limitation of Liability
If the parts on the excavator are abused, neglected, improperly used or not maintained or operated in accordance with the provisions in the "Instruction Manual", they do not cooperate with the service personnel, do not follow the advice or are modified or installed without approval, resulting in the machine Failure, the aircraft will lose all rights during the warranty period.
 
Warranty period and warranty content:
In strict accordance with the "Instruction Manual" under normal use, the main structural parts of the excavator machine: boom, stick, rotary platform, walking frame (except bucket), engine, main pump, control valve , The quality assurance period of the oil cylinder, walking mechanism, rotary mechanism, rotary ring gear, and air-conditioning compressor is 12 months or 2000 hours; the quality assurance period of the excavator with a broken hammer and less than 13 tons is 9 months or 1500 hours; The quality guarantee period of each sliding bearing of the working device (except the connection with the bucket), belt, generator and starting motor is 3 months or 500 hours. In these cases, it is calculated from the date of delivery of the machine to the first end user, or the cumulative running time of the machine (all timings refer to the reading of the on-board timer), and the quality guarantee period is terminated by the first one .
 
Exclusions:
Although it is within the warranty period, it is not guaranteed if it belongs to one of the following situations:

1.Damage or defect caused by accident, improper use, negligence or natural disaster. 
2.Damage or defect caused by the use of parts or installation accessories not provided by JingGong without written confirmation by JingGong.
3.Non-JingGong service personnel or designated maintenance personnel implement replacement, alteration or modification of the machine and any of its components, thereby affecting the performance and stability of the machine Performance and use of the machine. 
4.Minor failures that generally do not affect the stability, reliability and performance of the machine.
5.Maintenance of the machine, such as engine cleaning, radiator cleaning, replacement of consumable parts, machine lubrication and braking Commissioning, etc.
6.Consumables such as: oil, coolant, glass, reflectors, various filters, grease, oil cups, belts, gaskets, rubber parts, fuses, cables, carbon brushes, lamps, locks, butter Nozzle, fuel injection nozzle, high-pressure fuel pump plunger, fuel outlet valve, bucket, bucket teeth, pin connected to the bucket, bushing and related parts, track shoe, track shoe bolt, battery, radio, cigarette lighter Devices and other similar components. 
7.If you refuse to use the maintenance parts provided by JingGong, you will intentionally damage the GPS, damage the timer, etc. From the date of discovery, JingGong has the right to terminate all services and maintenance instructions.
